Terms of exchange
When changing products, for example, when purchasing the wrong size or color, the following applies:
- You are responsible for the return shipment to us.
- In the case of an exchange, we are responsible for the cost related to shipping a new item.
- NOTE! Intimate products are not included in the terms of the exchange.

Right of withdrawal
The following applies:
- The product must be in saleable condition with intact packaging.
- If the product has an expiration date, it will not be returned if the date has passed.
- You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment you received an item you ordered.
- You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on goods whose seal has been broken or goods that count as underwear or food.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer is responsible for the return shipment.
- When exercising the right of withdrawal, the sum of the approved returned merchandise and the shipping costs for delivery will be refunded.

Complaint
Claim your delivery through my page/orders. Always submit any complaints as soon as possible and within 14 days.
By law, you have the right to file a complaint about your product for 3 years, provided the seller can claim the defect is genuine. Affected products will be replaced with similar new products whenever possible. We accept the terms of the General Complaints Board (ARN).
Refund
Once the product return is approved, the refund or partial refund is made to the same account from which the payment was made.
